A spacious room will be available for rent on Gorechtkade as of January 1. It is located on the first floor at the rear of the house and measures approximately 18m². It has its own kitchenette and is heated by central heating. There is a shared living room with a balcony. The bathroom and toilet are shared with two other residents. 

The rent is €525, including utilities, internet, and use of the washing machine/dryer.

Please note: the room is being rented for a fixed period of 7 months.
