About the place

Are you looking for a furnished room in a modern and quiet apartment in Groningen? Starting July 15, a private bedroom of approximately 16 m² will become available in a 105 m² apartment, which you will share only with me.

About the apartment:
Located in a beautiful waterfront building
10 minutes by bike to the Zernike Campus and 7 minutes to the city center
Private bicycle parking space and access to a residents-only gym
Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
Rent: €900 per month, including utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes)
Security deposit: 1 month's rent
Minimum rental period: 6 months

About the room:
The room is approximately 16 m² and will be rented furnished. The following items need to be taken over from the current tenant:
Bed, Bedside table, Small table and Clothing rack
(The mattress is also available for purchase if desired.)
The wardrobe and rug belong to me, but you are welcome to use them during your stay.
The price for taking over the furniture can be discussed with the current roommate.

About you:
You will share the apartment only with me. I am looking for someone who is at least 22 years old, independent, clean, and respectful. Someone who enjoys having their own life while appreciating a friendly and peaceful living environment.
