About the place

Hi! I’m 28, work full-time as a psychologist, and I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment in Friesestraatweg near the Reitdiep area.

A bit about me:

I enjoy cozy nights at home (reading, K-dramas, anime) but also like going out and dancing sometimes. I have 2 friendly rabbits who live in the living room and roam freely there when I’m home 🐇
I’m not super tidy myself, but I value a clean and comfortable home — looking for someone with a similar balance.
I love a soft, calm, and friendly home vibe — occasional socializing is fun, but quiet evenings are just as important.

About the apartment:

2-person place with 2 bedrooms. The apartment has a balcony and a parking spot. Livingroom and kitchen are already furnished but bringing new furniture in can be discussed. All areas will be shared except for the bedroom room. 
The bedroom I'm offering is 8m2 and is not furnished, you are free to decorate it however you want.

Rent: €680 per month
Deposit: €680 (returned at end of stay if everything’s fine)
Utilities: shared. They are variable depeinding on use, so I can't provide an exact price right now
Move-in: Starting February but I am flexible for other dates

Looking for:

Ideally female Age 25+ working part-time/full-time or PhD.
Responsible, tidy enough, considerate of shared spaces. Comfortable with pets in the apartment (they only stay in the livingroom)
