Female final year/ masters/Phd student preferred. 

A room in an "All Girls"  house with gardens is available for a clean, tidy, quiet Female student. 
You share this beautiful house with only 2 females. 
All basic furniture, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, etc,  are provided. Pillows, duvet, bed sheets are also provided. 
No extra cost for Internet and water.
No parties, loud noises, smoking, pets, unwashed dishes, etc..
1 minute walk to supermarkets and bus stop,  15 minutes bike ride to city center,  20 minutes ride to Zernike campus.
