About the place

Room for rent in Groningen from around 17 August 2026 to July 2027. Since I am going abroad for my master's, I am renting out my room. I am specifically looking for a (master's) student who wants to stay for the entire period (so a full year).

The room is approximately 14 m2 and has its own kitchen. The toilets and showers are shared with other residents on the floor. The rent is €450 per month including gas/water and electricity. The room is located on Eendrachtskade, which is a 2-minute bike ride to Westerhaven and 5 minutes to the Grote Markt and main station. There are many supermarkets and other shops nearby. Due to subletting, the furniture will remain.
