About the place

Hello, I am posting on behalf of my current roommates since I have to leave Groningen: 

We have a room available in our house shared with 4 people in total.
We are Farah(working), Alexandra (working), Markos (studying) and Okami (cat 😻) 

We are looking for someone quiet, around the age of 23-35. Has a good relationship with pets cause we have a cat. We value cooperation, especially for household chores, and personal space but we also like to spend time together, like chatting, cooking and chilling in the living room.

The cosy room is on the 3rd floor with a single bed, desk with chair, hanger and shelving cabinet for your clothes. The furniture will have to be taken over from me for 150. 
Right outside your door is a sink and you are on the same floor as Markos. Markos Alexandra and you will also share a living room and kitchen (Farah has her own). The 4 of you will share toilet and shower area.

The rent is 526 inclusive and WiFi is separate. The neighbourhood is very nice, and it is close to Action and Lidl (3 minutes by walk). You can also reach the city centre in 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bike. Please send a detailed message about yourself if you would like to be considered.
