The curtains are included. The house was renovated in 2024. The room is approximately 20m², very bright thanks to the many windows, and has a high ceiling. It also has its own kitchen! The rent is €775 per month, including utilities. We are looking for a quiet and tidy housemate. You will live with two other people, and you will share the shower and toilet with one other housemate.
