About the place

My room will be available for sublet from 1st of April  until September, as I will be traveling during that period.

The room is located on the third floor of a student house with 9 other female students. It is a very spacious and bright room with a small entrance area and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. You can also use the shared kitchen in the house.

The room is unfurnished, which allows you to arrange it completely to your own taste.

The house is located in the center of Groningen, only 3 minutes walking distance from the central station and about 5 minutes from a supermarket.

There are no additional costs for energy or Wi-Fi, and there are no mandatory cleaning duties or house obligations, making it a comfortable and flexible place to live.
