Characteristic student house on C.H. Petersstraat, with your own living/study room

Looking for a great place to live in Groningen where you'll feel at home right away? This characteristic Groningen building with beautiful high ceilings is located in a cozy, quiet neighbourhood. Everything you need as a student is within walking or cycling distance.

The rooms
The house has space for 3 students. 2 of the 3 spots are still available, so you can also move in with a friend. 

Both rooms come with their own extra living/study room:

Room 1:  15 m² bedroom plus a private living/study room of approx. 5 m²
Room 2:  14.1 m² bedroom plus a private living/study room of approx. 6 m²

That means you get your own space to sleep and a separate space to study or use as a living room. All rooms already have curtains and a ceiling light, and every bedroom has its own lock.

Facilities
A Kitchen with all the basics you need (a new fridge, dishwasher and oven/microwave combination etc)
Balcony
Bike shed at the back of the house

You share almost all facilities with just one other housemate
The house is cleaned every 2 weeks.

Safety
Smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are installed throughout the house. A fire extinguisher and a fire blanket are also available.
There is also an intercom that you can operate from your phone. As a tenant you will receive the login details, so you can see who is at your door without having to open it.

Location
Right across from the Hanze Wiebenga complex
A few minutes' walk to the UMCG (medical studies)
A 15-minute walk to the city centre

Great for internationals
Coming from abroad, or don't have any furniture (yet)? No problem. I can give you tips on where to get furniture and the best way to move in Groningen.

About the house and the landlord
This house is intended exclusively for students. I was a student in Groningen myself, so if you have any questions or remarks, you can almost always count on my help.
The advance payment for gas, water and electricity is approximately €100 per month.
