A room (approx. 16m²) is available for rent on Briljantstraat as of April 1. It is located on the first floor at the rear of the house. The room has its own sink and central heating. The kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared with the other residents. There is also a communal garden with bicycle storage.

The rent is €475, including utilities, TV/internet, and municipal taxes.
