About the place

It concerns two interconnected rooms of 20 square meters. The room is equipped with a private sink, two spacious built-in closets that can be used as wardrobes, and also has a private balcony.

You share the kitchen, shower, toilet and roof terrace with the four housemates. International and Dutch students live in the house. Everyone mostly does their own thing, but are also open to a chat.

The property is located near the Noorderplantsoen, a 6-minute bike ride from the Grote Markt and a 10-minute bike ride to Zernike Campus. Additionally, there are various shops such as Jumbo, Kruidvat, and Primera around the corner.

The rent is 580 euros; utilities (gas, water, electricity, and internet) are arranged by the house itself and will cost approximately 70 to 90 euros per month.
