About the place

Hi! I’m moving out of my room at The Social Hub Groningen in April, and I’m flexible with the move-in date after that.

The room is located on the 7th floor with a great view. The rent is €1200 per month and includes a shared kitchen equipped with all the essentials.

The rent also includes access to the gym, 7 free washing and drying cycles per month, monthly cleanings of the room + linen changes, biweekly kitchen cleaning and a Swapfiets subscription. The Social Hub is very student-friendly, with plenty of common areas for studying or hanging out, plus regular organized events.

The contract is for university students only and would be fully transferred to your name, as defined in the social hub’s terms and conditions. It runs until 31 August, with the option to renew. Registration is possible.

I’ve genuinely had a great experience living here, especially with the people I’ve shared the kitchen with. The building has a great location, near many grocery stores, right next to the city center and only 10min away by bike from most university buildings.
