About the place

In a nice location in the center on the first floor at the front is a studio of 21 m2.  

The studio has a private living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom and separate shower. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, countertop, 4-burner electric stove and a refrigerator.

The toilet is located in the hall, which is shared with one other female working person.

The washing machine and drying machine is for shared use.  

There are five similar studios located in the building  and are occupied by 5 female residents. The residents keep to themselves and do not have much contact with each other.  

You cannot apply for rent allowance for this studio. 

This studio is only for one female person.
