About the place

On the Boterdiep there is a room for rent as of March 1. It is approx. 16m² and situated on the 2nd floor of the complex. The room has its own kitchen, sink, own balcony and floor heating. You share the shower and toilet with fellow residents as well as the courtyard. There are washing machines and dryers in the building. There is also a common indoor bicycle storage available. 

The rent is € 625,- including g/w/e, TV/internet, cleaning of common areas and municipal taxes.

If you are interested in this accommodation we would like to receive an introduction of yourself with what you do in terms of study and / or work and who you are as a person. Requests for viewings of living spaces are handled exclusively by e-mail. Based on all applications, we will usually make a selection within a week for the viewing of this accommodation.
