The apartment has three bedrooms, floorheating, lots of natural light, two bathrooms, two toilets, a large living room, a large kitchen and a balcony. It's a one-minute walk from a bus stop where buses go to the city centre every 20 minutes (line 3), a 5-minute bike ride to the Kardinge sports center, a 20-minute bike ride to the city center, and a 25-minute bike ride to Zernike campus. The apartment would be shared with a roommate (female RUG student, 27).
