This includes a double bed (140x200 cm), a desk, a chair, a TV table, and a wooden shelf. The room measures 8 square meters and is equipped with laminate flooring and blackout curtains. Kitchen, bathroom, and toilet facilities are shared with three other roommates, and the only obligation in the house is a cleaning rotation for the common areas.
