About the place

Hello, I am looking for a tenant to take over this nice room in Barnsteenstraat. Starting as soon as possible since I will be moving at the start of next week
It's located near the Zernike and Vinkhuizen shopping districts in a quiet neighbourhood.
The room is a bit small, but there are some storage spaces to store your stuff inside. The house is well equipped with a new washing machine and a nicely equipped kitchen. 
There is a toilet downstairs and a shower on the 2nd floor that you will be sharing with 5 people, but some of them are living here only part time.
I will need you to also take over the desk and a dresser for 350 euro that the previous tenant left.
