There are a total of two other rooms in the house, with them you share the kitchen, toilet and shower. There is also a spacious sunny backyard. There is a pleasant, fun atmosphere in the house. There is always room for a chat, but it is also very possible to retreat to your room to quietly focus on your studies. The house is kept very clean and we are looking for someone who also likes that.

The Bankastraat is located near the Beren (with a Jumbo, Aldi, drugstore and a hairdresser). You can cycle to the city center in 5 minutes and Zernike can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. With several bus stops nearby, public transport accessibility is good. Parking is possible with a parking permit on the street.

The rental price of this living space is €718,- incl. G/W/E, internet and municipal taxes. The deposit for the accommodation is equal to one month's rent.
