The room has a total surface area of ​​16m2 and features two space-saving built-in wardrobes. Additionally, there is a private toilet in the hallway, which is part of this living space. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with one housemate. The room is located on the ground floor at the front of the house.

The house also features a backyard of approx. 49m2 which is shared with two housemates. There are two other living spaces in the house. There is a room at the rear of the house and the other living space is a self-contained unit (studio) located in the extension at the back of the house.

Gas, water, electricity, and internet are shared with the two housemates. The property has a very favorable A+++ energy label, partly due to the presence of 18 solar panels. Consequently, it is expected that monthly energy costs will be relatively lower compared to living spaces with a lower energy label. The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

Bankastraat is located near De Beren (with a Jumbo, Aldi, drugstore, and a hairdresser). You can reach the city center in 5 minutes by bike, and Zernike is within a 10-minute bike ride. With multiple bus stops located nearby, public transport accessibility is good. Parking is available on the street with a parking permit.

The rental price for this accommodation is €853, including Vluchtroute Veilig and municipal taxes. Excluding gas, water, electricity, and internet; the housemates arrange that themselves. The security deposit for the accommodation is €978. Upon acceptance of the accommodation, you pay a one-time rental fee of €145 to the owner of the property.
