About the place

Hello, 
Im currently moving out of my room and im looking for a tenant to take over. The house is located in a nice part of town next to Noorderplantsoen, its close to a Jumbo and a 1 minute walk from the amazing oriental. 
The house is divided in 4 floors, each floor houses 3 tenants and comes with a shared floor bathroom. The kitchen is shared with all the house. The room is 14 square meters and has a private backyard shared with another room. The roomates are all international, its a really friendly environment. If you like socialising this is the place for you. Rent is 430 with utilities included and the deposit is also 430. If your interested let me know, viewings are possible as well. 
Note: although the room comes with furniture youll have to buy it from me, it includes: 1 queen sized bed, 2 tables (one desk, and another table under the bed), a small table, 2 bedside tables, a coat hanger, 1 drawer, and a eletric heater.
