This beautiful, spacious room measures 13m² and has its own sink. The living area is located at the rear of the house on the third floor. The balcony is accessible through a balcony door. The space is easily arranged and enjoys plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows. It also features a convenient, space-saving built-in wardrobe.

Three other housemates live in the house, sharing the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony. The house has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The residents get along well, so there's always time for a friendly chat, but it's also easy to retreat to your room to focus on your studies, for example.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vluchtroute Veilig B.V. (Safe Escape Routes B.V.).

The house is located near the Korrewegwijk district and the Noorderplantsoen park. Albert Heijn supermarket is 550 meters away, and the Jumbo and Aldi supermarkets (Beren, Korrewegwijk) are 1000 meters away. The train station (2800 m) and the city center (1800 m) are easily accessible!

The rent for this property is €406, including Evacuation Route Safety and municipal taxes. Gas, water, electricity, and internet are not included, as the housemates are responsible for these. The deposit for the property is equal to one month's rent.
