About the place

Since I am moving out of this lovely room after two years, my three roommates are looking for a new roommate. The room itself is about 12 m² , has a sloping ceiling, and will be unfurnished.

On the other hand, the house has an exceptionally large living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer-dryer, an “office room”, as well as an outdoor area (south-sided) and a shed. Zernike Campus is ~5min by bike, so is the next shopping area. City-Centre is ~10-15 min by bike.

The three roommates are all German guys and are already studying in their master’s programs. We all do our own thing, but we also value a balanced and healthy flatmate environment. Two of the guys will be finishing their studies in the foreseeable future, which means you can also influence the selection of your future roommates. 

When you move in, you will be required to pay a deposit and a share of the annual community costs (garbage disposal, etc.). You can officially register with the municipality with your contract.
