The room is approximately 15m² and is located on the first floor at the rear of the building. The room has its own sink and is heated by central heating. The kitchen, bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink), and second toilet are shared with the other residents. There is also a communal garden and bicycle storage. 

The building is ideally located near the Zernike complex and all daily amenities are nearby. 

The rent is €465, including utilities, TV/internet, municipal taxes, and use of the washing machine and dryer.
