About the place

 Phd, masters, exchange  Female student preferred. 
A bedroom on the top floor of a large house is available for ONE person. 
You have a Private  kitchen, which is 
about 8 square meters, Own toilet and Private balcony outside the bedroom. Shower unit is in a  shared bathroom. 
You share this house with a landlady. 
The room is suitable for a quiet student who works at university/library 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. It is not suitable for someone who works from home.
All bedding, kitchen essentials : stove, oven, fridge, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups are provided. 
No parties, smoking,  candles,  pets.
15 minutes bike ride to Zernike campus /city center. 
Only applicants with a profile picture and introduction (age, gender, nationality,  course undertaken,  interests ) will be considered.
