About the place

The living quarters consist of two small rooms sharing a common area; one of these rooms is becoming available for rent. Additionally, there is a shared living room elsewhere in the building that residents can use.

The shared facilities include:
* Kitchen
* Bathroom
* Toilets
* Shared living room
