About the place

We are offering our attic room for rent. The upper floor is vacant most of the year. Only occasionally, for about 2 to 3 months per year, international students stay there.

We are a couple whose children have already moved out. We live and sleep on the ground floor and have our own bathroom there. This means that as a tenant, you will usually have the bathroom on the upper floor to yourself.

The kitchen is shared. We are looking for someone who is tidy, calm, and fits well in a homely environment.

The room is ideal for someone looking for a quiet place to live with a lot of privacy.
