About the place

We are a house where 3 students live together. It is a mixed house, where at the moment a man and a woman live who are both 25+ who are looking for a 3rd housemate. Because both of us are a bit older, we are looking for a resposible person who keeps the common areas tidy. We like doing things together, but are looking for a housemate who understands the need for personal time. Is this also what you are looking for, then send a message in which you tell us a little bit about yourself.

Extra info over the room:
- You need to be a student of trying to get your PhD because this is a house meant for students
- the rooms is 28.5m2, but due to 3 slanted walls there is only 9.2 m2 where the height is taller than 1.5m
- The pictures are a few years old, the attic picture is from a previous tennant and the living room for example has multiple paintings on the wall at the moment.
- A bed/table/chair etc. could be arranged in case required, though the landlord will ask a small fee for this
