About the place

Available for rent: a private bedroom and a separate private office/study room in a shared apartment. Both rooms will be exclusively for your own use throughout the entire rental period. To UT 12 min by bike and 10 min to Saxion. In the walking distance (3 min) Jumbo, AH, Action, Aldi, Kruidvat, and 1 min to bus stop. Garage is also included to store bike and stuff. 

There will be only two people living in the apartment in total(including you). I am 21 years old male and live in the main living room area of the apartment. The amount of space I use is approximately comparable to the size of your private office room.

The kitchen, shower and toilet are only shared rooms. This means that, in addition to the shared facilities, you will have two completely private rooms of your own.

The property is rented through SmartWonen Agency.
The rent shown in the advertisement is excluding gas, electricity, water and internet. The total monthly cost including all of these utilities is €837 per month.

A washing machine and a dryer are available for an additional €20 per month.

The rooms are officially offered unfurnished. However, the furniture shown in the photos belongs to the current tenant who is moving out. If you are interested, you can purchase the furniture directly from him. The price and other details can be discussed directly with him.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and sufficient storage space. Internet is available in the apartment.

The accommodation is intended for one person only.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
