Dear room seekers

I’m sadly leaving my wonderful room on campus. I have adored living here and my housemates are looking for their next housemate. Please read all the info below to make sure you’re the right fit before applying.

🗓️ Available from 20 February (Perment contract)

📍Witbreuksweg pyramids, on the edge of campus with a beautiful view of the forest. Shops are about 10/20min cycling and classes are 5mins away.

🗣️ Diverse mix of English, Spanish, Dutch, Danish and German housemates (8 people in total). We are always open to parties and such. We also do some house evenings and also like to chill spontaneous with a tea or beer after diner and play some games or have a nice chat. We also have some house traditions, for example a big Christmas diner with old housemates or Sinterklaas one a year:)✨🎉

🍔 Most shared meals are vegetarian and we eat together 4/5 days a week (less in weekends)

🐈‍⬛ We have a cat called Toby, he’s very affectionate and cuddly. We share responsibilities for him in our house. You’d be expected to do the same and contribute to his food and potential vet bills.

💵 Rent will be around 450 euros, there’s also a house deposit of 60€ and a monthly house fund of 8€. This goes towards repairs, new appliances etc etc.

🛌 The room itself is 12m2 with a private bathroom. 
We are looking for someone who is proactive, tidy, can cook and someone who enjoys being around people and tries to contribute to the house and improve the space around them. We don’t have a particular age, gender or study background in mind so feel free to reach out if you think you would fit us well. :)

I’ll miss my little community more than I can write here in words and have loved living here.
