About the place

Are you looking for a pleasant place to live with others? A 10m² room in a well-maintained student house will become available starting November 1, 2026.
The room features large windows and is located a 15-minute bike ride from the University of Twente/Saxion and Enschede city center.
A supermarket and other shops are just a 2-minute walk away.
You will share the bathroom and eat-in kitchen with us. The rent is € 405,00 per month, including an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes.
