About the place

Hi! I am renting out my room temporarily, located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood within the Singel of Enschede. You will be sharing this lovely house with one other person. The city center and Saxion are both within a 5-minute bike ride. The house also has a beautiful backyard where you can sit and relax on a sunny day.

I am looking for a female tenant. Preferably Dutch, but that is not a requirement. The tenancy is temporary for now, but there is a possibility to extend once the temporary tenancy has ended.
During the temporary tenancy it is not possible to register in the city Enschede. If the lease is extended then it is possible to register.

Does this sound like a nice place to you? Send me a message and we can see if we can schedule a meeting!
