About the place

Heyy! Due to one of our current roommates moving away, we are looking for a nice, tidy and friendly roommate to complete our house until the end on July. The room itself is on the first floor and comes fully furnished! We have a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet and a spacious garden that we share with our neighbours that is perfect for having a beer or bbq during summer! The location is ideal for students as Saxion is less than 10 min bikeride away and to UT it takes about 15-20min. You can reach the city centre in less than 5 minutes. Utilities are excluded and total to around 80e a month.
