About the place

Hey future housemate!
A room will become available in our cosy student house from January until mid-May 2026, as I’ll be away for my semester abroad.
You’ll be living with three other housemates: Nicola (24, from Italy), Lukrecijus (18, from Lithuania), and Charlotte (18, from Ireland & Belgium). We’re a fun, easygoing bunch who like to hang out together from time to time. We enjoy cooking together, chilling in the living room, or doing something spontaneous, but there’s also plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The vibe in the house is relaxed, nothing is forced, and everything is possible.
The room is about 11 m², comes furnished, and has a balcony right in front of it, where you can enjoy amazing sunsets. Rent is €422 per month, including utilities. I will also leave my bike, which you could use :)
The location couldn’t be better: 7 minutes by bike to the city centre, only 5 minutes by bike to Saxion, around 15 minutes to the University of Twente, and both Lidl and Aldi are right around the corner.
