About the place

House (120m²) with a large furnished living room, kitchen, utility room and green garden. The room measures 16m², with a shutter serving as a door. The room is unfurnished, but a bed and table are available in the house if required. There is currently one other young adult living here. He works, no student. Plans are in place to let out a second room, to become a house for three young people.
