Hi everyone! I’m permanently leaving my room in a fantastic 6-bedroom shared student house and am looking for a new student to take over my lease starting August 1st.

The house has a great student vibe, is fully equipped, and has everything you need to live comfortably.

2 bathrooms (including 1 shower)

Bonus: A cleaning person comes every two weeks to clean the shared spaces!

The Room & Furniture Takeover (€650):
Because I am leaving permanently, I am leaving behind all the high-quality furniture, electronics, and decor that I bought for the room. I am asking for a price of €650 for the entire setup. It’s a complete "plug-and-play" room, meaning you will need to buy very little things to move in.

The €650 buyout includes:

Bedding: Premium main mattress (original price €800, receipt available), second mattress, bed frame, plus free pillows and bedsheets.

Workspace: 2 tables, a high-quality white chair, a black chair, and a table lamp.

Storage & Utility: Bedside table, black storage boxes, shoe rack, clothes hangers, laundry basket, drying racks, and a white bin.

Vibe & Tech: A large grey rug, wall art, LED lights, artificial plants, 2 smart power plugs, and some handmade ceramic bowls.
