About the place

Hey everyone! I’m moving out soon, so my room will be available at Saturnusstraat 18, in Enschede. It’s just 5 mins from UT and 15 mins to the city center by bike 🚲.

💸 €800/month, all-in (electricity, gas, water, and wifi).

📅 Available from December 1st, preferably for someone staying at least a year.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished — comfy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and even a cozy garden 🌻. However, if you’re interested, I can sell you the furniture for the bedroom shown in the pics (bed, shelves, etc.).

The house has two toilets and one bathroom/shower, and it’s spacious enough to feel comfortable. You’ll be sharing it with my dearest Colombian friend (super chill, coffee lover, and easygoing!).

✅ Registration at the municipality is possible.

Ideally looking for an MSc student or a PhD/researcher.
