The living room is for shared use and features a luxury built-in kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, and a freestanding fridge-freezer combination.

The two shared bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink with shelf, illuminated mirror, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a small sink on the first floor.

As the cherry on top, this house has a communal garden where you can enjoy sitting outside and a separate space to park your bike.
