The living room is for shared use and features a luxury fitted kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, and a freestanding fridge-freezer combination.

The two shared bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink with vanity unit, mirror with lighting, and toilet. On the first floor, there is an additional separate toilet with a small fountain.

As the cherry on top, this house has a shared garden where you can enjoy sitting outside and a separate place to park your bike.
