About the place

One of our roommates is leaving our home, so we are looking for someone else to take over a spacious, big room in our student house.

The house itself is just 7 min by bike from Enschede Centraal and 8 min by bike from UT.

The room is fully furnished with two compartments as shown in the pictures, on the last floor and, therefore, you have an entire floor to yourself.

There is a big living room and kitchen with all kitchen appliances needed, incl. a dishwasher. Moreover, the house has two bathrooms and a washing machine.

In front of the house, there is a lovely garden and a storage facility to store your bike inside.

We are a quiet and organized home, perfect if you want to focus on your hobbies and studies while enjoying living here.
