The living room is for shared use and features a built-in kitchen, fully equipped with a hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, and a multifunctional oven.

The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin, illuminated mirror, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet with a fountain.

As the icing on the cake, this house has a shared backyard where you can enjoy sitting outside and a separate space to park your bike.
