The room is located at walking distance from the city centre. The room is large (18m2) and furnished  It is furnished with a bed, desk, closet and chair. There is also a washing table. The price is €555 all in (gas, water, electricity, internet, service costs, furniture). The house has two toilets, one shower, a garden, and a kitchen. You share the common areas with 5 people which are all students. The contract is a contract for a year.
