About the place

Dear (hopefully) new housemate,

Unfortunately, our housemate is moving out, which means we are looking for someone new to join the house.

This room is about 17 m² and consists of two parts (see photos). it has a sink and it is located on the ground floor. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. The house is in a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from Van Heekplein and about a 20-minute bike ride to the University of Twente.

The price of the room is €385 per month, including gas/water/electricity/wifi. There is a washing machine available, but we need to buy it from the previous housemate for €40 per person, so that’s a one-time extra cost. The room is available until summer 2027.

This is a house without obligations. Spontaneous hangouts are always welcome—having dinner together, cooking, chatting, and spending time in the living room—but there is plenty of space to do your own thing!

I’m Brechtje (21), currently in my third year at the University of Twente. I enjoy sports (dance, triathlon) and I love to travel :)
Seika (21) is in het second year at the UT, loves to cook and travel :)

Send us a message if you’re interested!

Best,
Brechtje and Seika
