About the place

Dear (hopefully) new housemates,

Unfortunately, my two housemates are moving out, which means I’m looking for two new people to join the house. This means there are two rooms available.

This room is about 14 m² and consists of two parts (see photos). It is located on the ground floor. You can take the big black closet, couch and chair for free. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. The house is in a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from Van Heekplein and about a 15-minute bike ride to the University of Twente.

The price of the room is €385 per month, including gas/water/electricity/wifi. There is a washing machine available, but we need to buy it from the previous housemate for €40 per person, so that’s a one-time extra cost.
The room is available until the summer of 2027 and the contract can be extended in consultation with the landlord.

This is a house without obligations. Spontaneous hangouts are always welcome—having dinner together, cooking, chatting, and spending time in the living room—but there is plenty of space to do your own thing!

I’m Brechtje (20), currently in my second year at the University of Twente. I enjoy sports (dance, triathlon) and I love to travel :)
