About the place

- Room available for a fixed term -

From 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, a room will become available in a cosy and spacious student house on the Singel in Enschede, close to Saxion University of Applied Sciences and the University of Twente! There are six of us living in the house, so you’ll be sharing with five flatmates. There are barely any obligations in the house, just from the cleaning schedule ;). We do enjoy having the occasional meal together, chilling out in the living room or at Rutbeek, or having a drink together! We hope you’ll enjoy this too, but that you’ll also have your own things to do in town :)

About the house: there’s a shared, spacious kitchen, living room, sun room, and a garden! All amenities are provided, we even have a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV and bike shed. The room that’s becoming available measures 12 square metres and has its own sink.

The room is furnished. The bed, desk with chair, and wardrobes will remain in place for you to use!
