About the place

You’re clearly looking for a lovely new room in Enschede! A room is available immediately at Huize Spoorzicht for a one-year tenancy, so we’re on the lookout for a friendly new housemate. 

We’re a friendly and active mixed-gender student house, currently comprising three women and one man, all of whom are involved in various activities (sports, clubs and going into the citycentre). Within the house, you’ll have plenty of time to yourself, but we also do lots of fun things together. For instance, we eat together almost every day and have a house night once a month, for which we come up with something original each time. We also sometimes have a few beers or glasses of wine in the park, have a BBQ in our garden, play squash or simply spend an evening chilling in the living room. 

The location of Huize Spoorzicht is perfect. The wonderfully relaxed Volkspark is just around the corner and is a lovely spot to sit in the sun in the summer. The station/Saxion is less than a five-minute cycle away, and the university can be reached within ten minutes by both bike and bus.

The room is on the second floor, is about 16m² in size and has a view of our beautiful garden. The rent is still subject to change – we’ll have more clarity on this later – but will likely be around €420.
