About the place

Hello potential roommate,

Here at Oosterstraat we are offering an attic room on in a 6-person student house. is a 5 minute bike ride away from the city centre, 6 minute bike ride from Saxion and 15 mins from the University of Twente. The house is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood with lots of trees. The location is great because the supermarket is just a 2 minute walk away, and there is a BasicFit nearby. In the house there are shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is a backyard where we store our bikes. 

You will be sharing the house with 5 other people. All of us are students and are from various backgrounds; 2 Dutch, 1 Bulgarian, 1 Indian and one other who is still to be found. In the house we mostly speak in English with each other. 

We do not have any obligations in the house, each person cooks for themselves; however, we do have chores for everyone. 

The house is chill and when there are people in the living room or the kitchen, we can always have a chat.
