About the place

Are you looking for a quiet place to study and live? From July 2026, I am offering my beautiful room until the end of January 2027 because I am going abroad. The room was fully refreshed last year and is in top condition. Arriving later or leaving earlier is no problem at all.

The room & house:

Surface area: 12 m² + a handy built-in wardrobe (1 m²) with plenty of shelves. You won't need a separate closet!

Light & Cool: Located on the first floor with plenty of natural light. Thanks to its location, it stays pleasantly cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter due to good heating and insulation.

Private balcony: Enjoy your own outdoor space and the afternoon sun on this beautiful balcony attached to the room.

Interior: Fully furnished with a large electrically adjustable desk, a good desk chair, and an extra-long bed (90x220 cm). The room features smart lighting (Philips Hue) and its own Wi-Fi and wired network.

Facilities:

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stovetop, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (shared with only one roommate), and microwave. The house also has everything you need, including pans, plates, and cutlery.

Sanitary: The shower and toilet were fully renovated two years ago and have a modern look.

Bike storage: There is a covered and locked bike storage under the porch to park your bike dry and safely.

Location:

University of Twente: 15 min. cycling / 30 min. by bus.

Saxion: 10 min. cycling / 20 min. by bus.

Center (Oude Markt): 12 min. cycling.

Public transport: Bus stop within walking distance (4 minutes).

Housemates & Atmosphere:
You will be living with two quiet housemates who keep to themselves. There is no communal dining culture, but there is always someone around for a chat. There is a cleaning schedule that everyone contributes to.
