About the place

A room will soon be available in our house. We’re looking for a cozy new flatmate to join us, starting from April 1st.
Some key details:
The room is located on the first floor of the house and has a view of the quiet street below.
Size: approx. 13 m²
Rent: €412 (including utilities, €400 for the deposit, €200 for taking over the furniture)
Location: Twekkelerveld - just 5 minutes by bike to the UT campus, 10 minutes by bike to the city center, and only 5 minutes by foot from the Uranusstraat bus stop and grocery stores near by.
We have a kitchen with dishwasher and two toilets
About us:
We are an international group of 22–27 year old students (at the moment 4 women and 1 male), studying and working. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and sociable. 😄
