About the place

Hey new housemate,

We are a house with 13 people (10 rooms and 3 studios). Our house consists of 2 large buildings connected to each other. In total, there are 4 showers, 4 toilets, and 2 kitchens.
Social activities happen spontaneously. We eat together daily with a group, and on summer days we hang out on the rooftop terrace with a fire or a BBQ.

Your room is 15 m², has its own sink, and two large windows that can be opened. The monthly rent is €344,– including gas/water/electricity and internet. The room is available from March 1.
The room is located on the first floor, nicely central in the maze that is our house. The shared kitchen (including dishwasher and dryer), shower (2), and toilet (2) are shared with about 6 other housemates.

You live 700 m from the center of Enschede, about a 15-minute bike ride to the UT, 5 minutes to Saxion, and just 3 minutes to the ArtEZ Conservatory and AKI. The nearest snack bar is diagonally across the street, and supermarkets are right around the corner. Delivery services also know how to find us.
