About the place

We are a mixed (nationality, study, and interest wise) house of two people looking for a new roommate from July 1st! 

The apartment is located a 10 min bike ride from both UT and Saxion. Two supermarkets are just a 3 min walk away, and there are nice green areas nearby for a quick evening reset :) 

The room is 6 m², but it's cozy, and we also have a comfy living room. The kitchen is well equipped, and the apartment stays nice and cool during summer. 

At home we mostly do our own thing, but a good atmosphere and communication are important, and occasional dinners/hangouts are welcome. We value a considerate living environment, where roommates are mindful of others, communicate openly, and contribute to keeping the shared spaces nice and comfy for everyone. 

We are not a party house and appreciate people who are reasonably tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with.
